Shipping Delay
1. What should I do if my package is lost?

If the package is lost by logistics, please email [email protected]. Please send us your order ID and we will verify with the logistics. Once it is confirmed that your package is lost, we will resend a new one for you or refund you.
2. What should I do if the package has not arrived within 30 days?
- If your shipping address is in Peru, please wait patiently. Due to the remoteness of Peru, it usually takes 20 to 40 days. Other than Peru, packages should arrive within 30 days after shipment. If the estimated delivery time has been exceeded, please contact us through [email protected]
- If you receive a notification that your package is delayed due to COVID-19, please wait patiently and contact us. We can help to follow up with the local post office.
- If the post office didn't get through to you when dispatching, please contact us. We will provide you with the phone number of the local post office so that you can contact the local post office to arrange a pickup.
3. What should I do if the package is going to be returned because it is not picked up?
- Please contact us to see if the package can be resent. If so, the package will be resent but you will be responsible for the delivery fee.
- If the package is returned because of your absence, we will not be responsible for the related cost.
